THE RELATIONSHIP

On your side.
Not on autopilot.

A commercially minded running mate who gets into the detail. Expect attention, candour and questions worth answering.

HOW WE TURN A CONVERSATION INTO MOVEMENT

Face it. Decide it.
Move it. Review it.

A practical rhythm for our work together. The situation sets the agenda.

01

Face it

What is actually happening? We separate the facts, the assumptions and the conversation you may be avoiding.

02

Decide it

What are the options, the trade-offs and the cost of waiting? We identify what else you need to know before choosing.

03

Move it

What happens next, who owns it and by when? We turn the decision into an action you can take.

04

Review it

What changed? What did you do? We return to the evidence and adjust the next move.

The difficult decision

Leaving a partnership. Taking investment. Letting go of someone who has become a friend. We work through what is actually happening, what matters and what you need to do next.

The room you need to walk into

Sometimes you need more than a call. You want someone beside you who can read the room, challenge the thinking and help you go in prepared. That could be a business dinner, a networking event or an important meeting where having me alongside you makes a difference. In-person involvement is agreed around your access and my availability.

The life behind the business

You might be facing burnout, a divorce or a hard season at home. You still have a business to lead. We look at what needs your attention, what can change and how you keep leading through it.

The challenge you need to hear

I listen properly. I say what I see. If you are avoiding a decision, expect me to notice. If you are thinking too small, expect that conversation too.

The success that stopped feeling good

The business is thriving, but you’re bored. Let’s get specific about what you want next, what you have outgrown and where there is a commercial opportunity worth your energy.

MY PEOPLE. MY BLACK BOOK. MY RESOURCEFULNESS.

You tap into me.
And the world
around me.

You get my judgement and resourcefulness, backed by relationships built over years. Where it makes sense, I can bring my people into the conversation too.

That might mean an introduction that helps you move forward, finding the right person for a problem, or my brilliant EA helping get contracts couriered to the lawyers. At times it is something entirely personal. Business and life don’t always keep separate diaries.

I won’t pretend my black book holds every person you’ll ever need. If the right person isn’t in it, we’ll look for them. Where we can help, we’ll bring our contacts, resourcefulness and practical know-how to the table.

Introductions and team support are agreed around your needs, your level of access and availability. Any external costs are agreed with you in advance.

Access is
a privilege.
On both sides.

Good access needs good boundaries.

This is not open all hours. We agree the level of involvement, how we communicate and when we meet before we begin. It is built on mutual respect, honest conversations and respect for each other’s time.

Meetings are after 11am. Online conversations take place on Google Meet. In-person time is arranged together.

You remain the decision-maker. Where specialist legal, financial or clinical advice is needed, that belongs with the right professional.
