You work directly with me. The access level defines the depth of involvement. Specific time commitments and availability are agreed for your situation.
All access is by mutual agreement. We define the time, contact arrangements and any in-person involvement before you commit. You’ll know when to expect a response and how to reach me in an emergency, with a clear route for urgent contact agreed from the start. No unlimited availability. A minimum three-month commitment, with each three-month period paid in advance.

We identify the decisions, opportunities and priorities that matter over the next three months, and where my involvement can make a difference.
We put the time together, contact channels, response expectations and urgent-contact route in writing. In-person involvement and any additional costs are agreed in advance.
We turn the conversations into decisions and next actions, then revisit progress. You lead the business. I bring challenge, perspective and accountability.
You want honest challenge and you are willing to act. If you need someone to agree with every decision or take over running your business, this relationship will not serve you.
